Serves 4


  • 4 medium ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries. cut in half if large
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process until creamy and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed. This will take several minutes. The end result should have the consistency
