From the June/July 2017 issue
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 4 large mint leaves
- 1-1/2 cups (packed) spinach
- 1 cup coconut water or water
- Combine the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Serve right away
