Ingredients

Crusts:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


Toppings:

  • 1 TBSP coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup chopped yellow onion

  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 lb ground beef

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • Guacamole, for serving

 

Instructions

 Crusts:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the beef and salt. Divide the meat into 4 equal portions.

  3. On a large baking sheet, press each of the portions of meat into a “crust” about 1/8- to 1/4-inch thick. Bake until the meat is cooked throughout, 10-15 minutes.

Toppings:

  1. Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the onions and olives. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the beef, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked throughout and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Pizzas:

  1. Divide the salsa between the 4 meat crusts, spreading it evenly with a spoon.

  2. Divide the meat-and-onion mixture between the 4 crusts. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the shredded lettuce and guacamole. Serve.
