Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 medium Gala or Fuji apple, peeled and grated on the large holes of a box grater
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 TBSP finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
