- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk (use coconut milk if AIP)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- Blend well with a good blender.
I was at Wicked Spoon Buffet in Las Vegas for brunch a few days ago when I tried this delicious smoothie that they had – it was dairy-free and Paleo (shocking!).
So, here it is – my recreation of it.
One thing to watch out for in this recipe is the fact that it is a bit high in sugar (even though the sugars are natural), so avoid this smoothie if you have blood sugar issues.
This is really quick and easy to make with just 4 ingredients. You just need a decent blender.
